Norman A. Agatep, APR: A Visionary Leader
Norman A. Agatep, APR, head of Grupo Agatep, has been appointed as Regional Delegate-At-Large. His term, extending until June 30, 2025, promises to bring fresh perspectives and expertise to the Global Alliance. Norman is currently the Vice President-External of PRSP and the chair of the 31st National PR Congress. His extensive background includes serving as the president of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines and chairman of the Ad Standards Council, highlighting his deep-rooted influence in the PR industry.
Ana B. Pista: A Strategic Innovator
Joining Norman is Ana B. Pista, President and CEO of Ardent Communications, who will also serve as Regional Delegate-At-Large for the Asia Pacific region. Ana's term extends until June 30, 2025. With over 20 years of experience in public relations, Ana has a rich history of leadership within PRSP, including two terms as Vice President-External and her current role as a Board of Trustee chairing the Professional Development Program. Her three-year tenure on the Global Alliance's GAP board further showcases her dedication to the advancement of the PR profession.
Key Outcomes from the 22nd Annual General Meeting
The elections took place on May 25 during the Global Alliance's 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lima, Peru. The election process was initiated by Justin Green, President of the Global Alliance, who presented the 2023 Annual Report.
