Most recently, he served as SVP of Technology Operations and Innovation at Towne Park, and before that, he made his mark as the first CIO of iCIMS, where he spearheaded major digital transformation initiatives.
His career also spans leadership roles at AppDynamics (a Cisco company), PwC, INTTRA, and Deutsche Bank. With expertise in AI adoption, data analytics, cybersecurity, product lifecycle management, and M&A integration, Ajmera is widely recognized for driving both cultural and technical transformations in global organizations.
